Placement Adult Size Youth Size
Full front 10–12 in wide × 10–14 in tall 8–10 in wide × 9–12 in tall
Upper back 10–12 in wide × 5–7 in tall 8–10 in wide × 4–6 in tall
Full back 12 in wide × 14–16 in tall 8–10 in wide × 10–12 in tall
Sleeve 2–3 in wide 1.5–2 in wide

1. Full Front Center Print (Main Design)
Most popular for large logos/graphics
Small Adult (S/M): 10" × 12"
Medium/Large (L/XL): 11" × 13"
XL/XXL: 12" × 14"
Rule: Keep print 2–3 inches below the collar, 1–2 inches away from side seams.


2. Left Chest Print (Pocket Size / Small Logo)
For small brand logos, text, emblems (no actual pocket needed)
Universal for all adult sizes: 3.5" × 3.5" to 4" × 4"
Placement: 4" down from collar, 3–4" right of center (wearer’s left chest).


3. Full Back Print
Large back graphics, names, numbers
All Adult Sizes: 11" × 14" to 12" × 15"
Leave 3–4 inches of space below the neck collar.


4. Sleeve Prints (Short Sleeve)
Standard sleeve logo: 2" × 2.5" to 3" × 3"


Quick General Guidelines
Never make a print wider than half the tee’s total width.
For oversized/boxy adult tees: add 0.5–1 inch to all print sizes.
For thin/flowy tees: use slightly smaller prints to avoid stretching.
